Mark advises on internal and government investigations relating to federal securities laws, anti-money laundering and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.

He previously worked in the firm’s M&A and Securities Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, control and non-control equity investments, shareholder activism campaigns and corporate governance matters.
