Liberty Hall Acquires Bromford Industries

Schulte represented Liberty Hall Capital Partners in the acquisition of Bromford Industries, a U.K.-based leading supplier of complex, close tolerance engine components, fabrications and assemblies and landing gear components for the global aerospace and power generation industries. The deal was announced and closed on March 17, 2016, and will serve as the foundational asset for Liberty’s Hall’s strategy to build a diversified engine component supplier to the global aerospace and power generation industries through organic investments and strategic acquisitions.
