Schulte Partners Contribute Chapter on CLOs and Risk Retention to The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Securitisation 2016

Partners Craig Stein and Paul Watterson, Jr. co-authored the “CLOs and Risk Retention in the U.S. and EU: Complying with the Rules” chapter for The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Securitisation 2016, published by Global Legal Group Ltd., London. The chapter covers the risk retention regulations and requirements applicable to collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”) in both the U.S. and the EU, and reviews the challenges facing CLO managers in complying with the requirements.
