Schulte Roth & Zabel was ranked the #1 legal adviser to activists in FactSet’s full-year 2024 activism league tables. FactSet showcases Schulte’s top rank among legal advisers, with 68 credited campaigns in 2024.
Earlier this year, Schulte was ranked in Band 1 by Chambers USA in “Corporate/M&A: Shareholder Activism” and in Tier 1 by Legal 500 in “Shareholder Activism – Advice to Shareholders.” The firm has also been recognized as a top adviser to activists by 13D Monitor, Bloomberg, LSEG and Diligent.
