SRZ Advises on the Sale of NABI to New Flyer

SRZ represented Cerberus Capital Management LP and its portfolio company North American Bus Industries Inc. (NABI) in NABI’s sale to Canada-based New Flyer Industries Inc. The cross-border deal for approximately $80 million cash was completed on June 21, 2013. Alabama-headquartered NABI produces a comprehensive line of innovative, heavy-duty transit buses from 31’ to 60’ (articulated) and is recognized for environmentally responsible vehicles with CNG, hybrid-electric and clean diesel propulsion systems.
