Schulte named a Standout in Financial Times Innovative Lawyers North America Awards 2023

Schulte Roth & Zabel was named a “Standout in the Practice of Law” by the Financial Times. The firm received this honor at the FT Innovative Lawyers North America award ceremony in recognition of the precedent-setting case Politan Capital Management LP, et al. v. Kiani, et al., in which Schulte's team prevailed in protecting the future of shareholder activism as an asset class. In addition, the firm was named one of the most innovative law firms in North America.
