And our deep familiarity with the spectrum of alternative asset classes such as litigation funding, life settlements, music royalties and more traditional asset classes of real estate, unsecured consumer debt and REITs, as well as our experience with complex financing vehicles and securitizations, enable us to help investment managers achieve their objectives throughout a fund’s lifecycle.

In addition, a presence in London gives us critical cross-border capabilities for both fund formations and transactions. And through our work with our clients, we collaborate closely with Schulte’s individual client services, education and nonprofit practices to advise foundations, charities and educational and cultural institutions on complex tax issues.
