We have represented large institutional investors — including AIG, the Intel Pension Fund, and other major pension funds and institutional clients — in divesting portfolios of private assets, as well as leading sponsors of secondaries funds, including Coller Capital, Arcis, Venture Capital Fund of America and Liquid Realty Partners.
