Leveraging his science background, he regularly advises on a wide range of technologies and industries, including biotechnology, chemistry, electrical engineering, networking, energy, medical devices and consumer electronics.

Tim’s experience spans all aspects of US patent litigation from district courts to the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court, includes robust experience before administrative agencies such as the US Patent & Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission, and involves implementing global strategies through international arbitration and by overseeing counterpart proceedings around the world.
