Michelle advises clients, including educational institutions, on day-to-day employment and education issues, including hiring, managing, and terminating employees, reasonable accommodations, harassment and discrimination matters, and issues related to student conduct and discipline.

She also drafts and advises on a variety of employment and educational policies, service provider agreements, release agreements, separation agreements, and other employment-related agreements.
