Lauren's transaction experience includes a wide assortment of deal structures, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, mergers, carve-outs, distressed acquisitions, minority investments, take privates and joint ventures. She also advises clients on a diverse spectrum of corporate and governance matters.

She has experience working with companies in a range of industries, including technology and software, industrial services, consumer products, business services and manufacturing.

Active in pro bono projects, Lauren’s experience includes representing victims of persecution in asylum proceedings and advising nonprofit organizations in corporate and governance matters.
