James’s primary practice encompasses acting for private equity funds, hedge funds and investment banks on a wide spectrum of financing transactions often backed by esoteric asset classes including fund finance facilities, litigation finance, securitisations and NPL financings.

Additionally, James also advises buy-side clients on their prime brokerage arrangements and derivatives products.
