Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Alexander advises leading public and private companies, funds, investors and financial institutions on issues relating to intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity that may arise in the context of acquisitions/divestitures, investments, public offerings, collaborations, joint ventures, research and development, licensing and other technology-related transactions as well as counseling clients on strategic intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity matters.
