Schulte Roth & Zabel partner and co-head of the Tax Group Andi Mandell was recently featured in a Legal Funding Journal Community Spotlight.
Andi has over three decades of experience providing tax counsel to the securitization sector and is recognized as an authority in the securitization of both residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, as well as real estate structured finance.
She is a member of the Structured Finance Association (SFA) Board of Directors and is currently in her fifth year as co-chair of its Tax Policy Committee.
