SRZ Represents Four Members of Republic First Bancorp Board of Directors

This week, Schulte Roth & Zabel represented four members of the Board of Directors of Republic First Bancorp in a Third Circuit Court of Appeals case in which a previous district court ruling that appointed a custodian to manage the company was overturned.

The SRZ team was led by partner and co-head of the firm's Litigation Group, Michael Swartz, and special counsel Frank Olander.

"We are gratified that the Third Circuit acted so expeditiously in hearing the appeal, reversing the district court's appointment of a custodian over Republic First Bancorp and restoring control of the company to its duly elected board of directors," said Michael.
