SRZ Helps WindAcre Partnership in Connection With Its Investment in Nielsen Acquisition

Schulte Roth & Zabel advised WindAcre Partnership on its participation in the acquisition of Nielsen Holdings, a global leader in audience measurement, data and analytics. In the transaction, valued at more than $16 billion, WindAcre joined a private equity consortium led by Elliott Management and Brookfield Business Partners.
