Schulte Roth & Zabel advises Gramercy Funds Management in one of the largest-ever litigation funding deals

Schulte Roth & Zabel acted as lead counsel and advised Gramercy Funds Management as lender in one of the largest-ever loans in the litigation funding sector – and the largest ever to a United Kingdom law firm – with a $552.5 million secured loan to Pogust Goodhead.

The Schulte team was led by partners Boris Ziser and Polly O'Brien and special counsel David Gerst.
