Schulte Represents Acacia Research in Life Science Assets Portfolio Acquisition

Schulte represented Acacia Research Corporation, an industry leader in patent licensing, in connection with the purchase of a portfolio of life sciences companies from Link Fund Solutions Limited. The transaction, valued at £223.9 million, will allow for the purchase of shares in up to 19 public and private companies in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The Schulte team advising Acacia Research was led by former Schulte lawyers Aneliya Crawford, Matthew Gruenberg and Kristen Lin. The team also included special counsel Gregory Kinzelman and associate Byung Hee (Erik) Son; and former Schulte lawyer David Passey.
