Schulte partners Taleah Jennings and Martin Schmelkin were panelists in a recent webinar hosted by Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) where they discussed the US Supreme Court case Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, the significant legal challenges that have emerged in response to efforts for promoting diversity, shareholder derivative and related suits against corporate boards and risk mitigation by board members.
