Schulte partner Randall Adams named a NY Law Journal Rising Star

Schulte Roth & Zabel partner Randall Adams has been selected as a Rising Star by the New York Law Journal. This New York Legal Award recognizes the legal community’s emerging leaders. 

A standout partner in Schulte’s Litigation Group, Randall’s practice focuses on corporate governance disputes, including shareholder activism and executive compensation litigation.

Randall actively participates in Schulte’s pro bono efforts and has worked on many impactful pro bono matters including representing: the last three living survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre; clients seeking asylum in the United States; and patients at the Mount Sinai Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery seeking legal name changes. 

Randall will be recognized during the New York Legal Awards on Oct. 4th at Pier Sixty, located at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan.
