Schulte partner Adam Harris named an Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds and Workouts

Schulte Roth & Zabel partner Adam Harris has been named an Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer of 2023 by Turnarounds & Workouts. Adam’s impressive year was profiled in a special report that highlighted his work spearheading the creation of the firm’s Special Situations Group with co-chair Doug Mintz.

As co-chair of both the Business Reorganization Group and the Special Situations Group Adam led a multitude of critical client matters, including:

• Advising the Special Committee of Board of Directors of Kidde Fenwal in connection with a bankruptcy case and internal investigation of claims against present and former affiliates
• Representing funds managed by Cerberus Business Finance in connection with more than $200 million in loans made to Forma Brands and affiliates
• Working with Blue Torch Capital on its acquisitions of Corsicana Bedding and Pegasus Home Fashions through 363 sales under Chapter 11 as well as restructuring Blue Torch’s loans to Plastiq, Inc.
